Cancellation Policy — A Relaxing Touch Massage

• 24 hours' notice: Please give at least 24 hours' advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling, by phone or text to 602-769-2886.

• Late cancellation: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the session price.

• No-show: If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full session price, and future services will require payment of that balance first.

• Running late: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so the next client is not delayed. The full session price still applies.

• Illness exception — no charge: If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, or have had vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours — or your children are ill — please call and reschedule. There is no charge for these cancellations.

• Deposits: Mobile, package, and bridal deposits are covered by the terms given when you book.
